The villa is built over 3 floors and will comfortably sleep 6 people. Due to its well planned layout there is plenty of light, spacious accommodation to easily cater for 2 families.
The ground floor has a sitting lounge with open-plan kitchen. Outside there is a large tiled terrace. The kitchen is superbly equipped as you would expect and has a microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and necessary white goods for 8 people. The separate dining area has table and chairs to seat six.
The lounge area is superbly furnished with stylish 3 & 2 seat seats, as well as chairs. There is a good size television with DVD player as well as satellite TV with a large selection of channels.
There is a Bathroom with jakuzzi on groundfloor and a Toilet , the villa also boasts a washing machine on the roof.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with balcony that boast stunning views to the mountains - perfect for early morning or late evening quiet time. There is also a shower unit with toilet on the middle floor.!
The feature marble staircase from the ground floor leads to the roof terrace stunning views and gentle cooling breezes sweep across open countryside from the River Dalaman.
Spend your days relaxing on nearby Sarigerme Beach (awarded Blue Flag status) or simply soak up the sun on the one of the complimentary loungers at the pool.
In the evenings watch the sunset on your south facing private balcony or simply walk glass of wine in hand a few steps through the well maintained gardens to the pool area to soak up the beautiful surroundings.
