This giant Sarigerme project comprises of an 18 hole golf course, set in an area of 500 acres stretching from the Dalaman valley behind the Pegasus Hotel towards the Akdeniz Cooperative in Sarigerme. The Hilton Golf Hotel consists of two U- shaped complexes, each of which is divided into 5 different blocks. These have been built between the Dalaman river & the Pegasus Hotel with a clear view of the beach. The major construction of this project is now well under way & will include an integrated holiday resort with numerous health & fitness facilities, spas & water park features. There will also be a fully equipped conference centre & a private marina along the Dalaman river. As a special & unique characteristic of this project, similar to those found in Florida, small yachts will be able to enter via the Dalaman river into an artificial lake incorporated into the golf course, around which a number of VIP golf villas are planned to be built. The 5 star Golf Hotel itself will provide a maximum capacity of 1100 beds, as well as 200 apartment rooms, a VIP golfers Lounge & a golf Country Club. Special environment protection rules have been taken into consideration meaning most of the existing 9943 pine trees will remain standing in the area. The golf course was designed by the popular golf designer JMC Design Studio from Belgium which has already designed golf courses in Portugal & Spain. A purification system is already being built to ensure no waste water pollutes the sea.

Sarigerme Golf Course - Dalaman Gocay Tourism Investment has started work on the 18-hole course in November 2007, with completion planned for 2010. Located in Sarigerme, the course will be just a few minutes walk from the beach & about ten minutes drive away from Dalaman airport, making it easily accessible from the UK.
